About This Game
Pax Dei is a social sandbox massively multiplayer online game developed by Mainframe Industries. Set in a medieval fantasy world inspired by European folklore and mythology, the game focuses heavily on player-driven communities, crafting, exploration, and large-scale world building.
Rather than following a traditional quest-based MMORPG structure, Pax Dei allows players to shape their own stories through cooperation and creativity. Players gather resources, construct villages and castles, craft equipment, establish trade networks, and defend their settlements against dangers in the wilderness.
The world is designed as a large persistent sandbox where players can form clans, build cities, and influence the landscape through their actions. The economy, infrastructure, and much of the world’s development are driven entirely by players.
Magic and mythology play a mysterious role in the world, with ancient ruins, supernatural creatures, and forgotten powers hidden throughout the land waiting to be discovered.
Pax Dei aims to recreate the feeling of living in a medieval society within a massive shared world, blending survival mechanics, sandbox building, and MMO-scale social interaction.
